Summer Youth Employment Program

The ChaRosa Foundation operates a Summer Youth Employment for over 1,000 youths ages 14-21.


The youth are provided with a summer job, and are offered academic enhancement services and job readiness training. Referrals are provided for those participants in need of support services.


The program enables youth to gain valuable employment experiences, and supports their journey towards a successful and productive future.
